- Using a straw cup
- Drink 10 oz first thing in the morning
- Drink 8 oz before a meal
- Keep my cup with me so I remember to fill it
- Don't put the cup away! Wash it and keep it out on the counter
There are SO many benefits to drinking enough water. It helps maintain the balance of fluids in your body, flushes toxins and excess salt out of your body, makes your skin clearer and "glow", keeps your calorie intake in check, helps keep your muscles energized, keeps your kidneys working properly and the most exciting benefit of all....keeps you regular! :)
