Another week rolls around and I'm left with a blank meal plan slate! So, I take out my pen and paper, look in my pantry, my fridge, and my freezer and start to see what I can use to fit the 21 day fix meal plan! I am all about keeping it simple so that when I get home from work, I'm not stressing about cooking a big, elaborate meal. If I can't make it happen in under 30 minutes then I usually don't put it on the plan! All of these recipes are 21 day fix and 21 day fix extreme approved!
