Moving closer to the 2nd trimester has been awesome because I can again eat eggs and sliced tomatoes for breakfast, the thought of garlic doesn’t turn my stomach (weird, I know…) and I’m beginning to get my dinner appetite back. I’ve jumped back into meal planning and prepping so that my husband actually has a lunch each day to take to work and a dinner to come home to...isn’t he lucky?! To be fair, he works crazy long hours and does all of the laundry in the house...so I can’t complain :) You can see my typical meal plan in the graphic! I’ve been able to exercise again and I’m LOVING the Beachbody on Demand maternity workouts. Seriously...they are perfect! I’ve been doing the first trimester every other day and doing yoga or walking on the off days. I really wasn’t too sore, I should’ve stretched longer but it was great to get the endorphins going and start prepping for labor. Operation #fitpregnancy in full force!
