Now that Christmas is over, I'm really focusing on my eating and nutrition so I can enjoy myself New Year's Eve without feeling the guilt of over indulging. For years and years, I would take the holiday season "off" and pick up Jan 1st and ALWAYS failed. Now, I've got momentum on my side and if I have a few slip up's here and there...it's not a big deal. I will be starting up strong with a group of men and women January 5th so we can actually keep our resolutions this year instead of just for a couple of weeks. I'd love to have you join me!
