The premise of Body Beast is dialed in nutrition and weights to give you the best results possible. Men are gaining muscle mass and women are shredding fat and getting lean. When you work your muscles, they turn into powerhouse fat burning machines so what could be better than that? I know it will be challenging and I’ll be looking to my FitOber group to keep me on track. The nutrition plan is very specific and honestly, a little intimidating! So, I asked a few people that have completed this before and they all agreed to use myfitnesspal.com to log my food and track my macros. So, the first portion of the program I will be consuming roughly 1600 calories with 50% carbs, 25% protein and 25% fats. These are complex carbs and healthy fats...not McDonalds!
