This is a SO simple and SO good! These make a nice substitution for traditional cookies especially if you have a sweet tooth like me :) This recipe yields ~28 cookies.
3 Ripe Bananas (mashed)
1/3 cup no sugar added applesauce
2 cups quick cooking oats (rolled works also)
1/4 cup unsweeted almond milk (I used vanilla flavored)
1/2 cup dairy free/ soy free chocolate chips (can use regular if dairy isn't an issue!)
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Drop spoon size portions on cookie sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes and enjoy!
For my 21 Day Fixers- two cookies would equal 1 yellow container!
