- 1 scoop Cafe Latte Shakeology powder
- Handful of greens like swiss chard, spinach or kale
- 5-6 ice cubes
- 8 oz water
- Half of a banana
Repurpose that Timmy's cup for some cafe latte! Cafe latte superfoods powder, half banana, ice, Swiss chard and water...lunch on the go! Tastes like an ice cap without the fat or calories. This is how I get my veggies in each day-you honestly can't taste them! Spinach and kale work great too. This has as much caffiene as a cup of decaf coffee so I can enjoy this at any point during my day! If I need a boost of caffeine, I'll add chilled coffee to it in place of water or the focused energy boost for an all day focus!
