I thought I would only love to workout with the21 Day Fix. Then, I decided to try PiYo and really enjoyed that one. I was incredibly surprised at how much of a great workout it is! Gave me the toning I wanted in my core so that was awesome. BUT....now there is TurboFire. And oh man, am I in love! The music is pumping, the workout is fun and fast, and it torches calories. I get up EVERY morning at 5:30 (except on weekends) and smile through the entire workout because it's just so much freakin' fun. And when you're having fun, the time goes by so fast. The nutrition plan is easy to follow and is based on counting calories and eating real food. I have adapted it a little by using the 21 Day Fix containers because it is in the same calorie bracket and in my opinion, so much easier than counting calories. So far, in just one week, I lost 5 pounds. FIVE POUNDS! I'm so motivated with this program and is it scary that I'm looking forward to the longer workouts?! That was SO not before.
